Coaching and Counseling

Years ago when I was in procurement in aerospace, I learned communication was the true aspect of life.  It helps in all areas of your life.  I taught a business communication class at Loral Aeronutronics and had one of the biggest classes over.  The class material was supplied by National Business Management Association.  Being an organizer, communication is important, especially the key component of listening.  Life coaches and mentors do that when they work clients.  It is a key to helping people achieve an organized life and relieving stress.

I have worked with ladies and gentlemen over the years and 90% of their key goal is to have more time and be better spouses and parents.  Our world has become loaded with paper and material stuff.  All my clients have said they love working with me because I LISTEN, respect their needs, and find ways of helping them achieve their goals in the different projects we complete.  They don’t want someone to come in, take over, and change things without them understanding why and how it is going to benefit them.  They need to be able to move with a system that is created…to feel comfortable.

Coaching or counseling is something I do.  I was in management for 30 years and coaching and trained many to go on to better positions in life.  It is called encouragement.  I look for the solutions and don not concentrate on the problems.  People need to see results, they need to feel success, and they need a plan to go forward.  A plan that they can actually use, that is simple.

A lot of the coaching done in corporate America is considered part of “wellness” plans.  To drive more success in an individual helps them as well as the company.  Consider yourself.  You can think of coaching sessions during the organizing process as contributing to your “wellness”.  Knowing where things are, having a home for items, contributes to you being able to concentrate on so much more.

I focus on the strengths – the needs in life – the goal for a better life.  I help NAVIGATE people through the process of getting organized.
